Mission Possible is Precision Steel’s ongoing safety initiative that promotes a zero accident culture within our organization. The Mission Possible safety program articulates our corporate philosophy of operating an accident free workplace. Our philosophy includes: employee ownership, accountability, job planning, training, performance evaluation, communication, and employee involvement. Mission Possible is a part of doing business at Precision Steel. This initiative cannot be successfully implemented by the safety department alone, participation by all employees is absolutely necessary to create a zero accident culture.

Precision Steel provides customers with quality fabrication projects at a competitive price. We accomplish this using environmentally safe and ethical means. We progress through leadership, education, training, technology, and a mindset for continuous improvement.

Quality Policy:
Precision Steel, is committed to maintaining a quality system that will provide quality products and services to our internal and external customers on time, the first time and every time. Quality willbe defined as conformance to requirements.

Ethics: We will conduct business in an ethical manner and will not allow or encourage employees to act in any way that will compromise the integrity of individuals or the company.
Freedom: We encourage employees to take initiative to act on ideas that will improve processes or the overall condition of the facilities or services provided. Major changes should of course be discussed with the proper personnel before implementation.
Teamwork: Employees are encouraged to work together for the good of the overall company. A team approach will be used to solve problems and improve current systems.
